PocketESign uses carefully selected service providers to deliver the product. This page identifies material providers involved in processing customer, signer, account, analytics or payment data.
Current direct providers
| Provider | Purpose | Location / notes |

| Firma.dev (1600 Holdings LLC) | E-signature infrastructure, document processing, signer workflow, audit trail and certificates. | Firma.dev states primary document and signer processing/storage is in the EU. |
| Namecheap | WordPress application/database hosting and authenticated mailbox delivery for account emails. | PocketESign currently uses Namecheap hosting/email infrastructure; the exact server region is determined by the active hosting account. |
| Mozilla PDF.js | Open-source PDF rendering library used by the visual document editor. | PocketESign self-hosts the verified PDF.js library and worker on its own WordPress hosting. |
| Google / Site Kit services, if enabled | Website measurement and analytics. | Optional analytics must be configured with the appropriate consent controls where required. |
Downstream providers disclosed by Firma.dev
Firma.dev's current DPA identifies downstream providers including Amazon Web Services for cloud infrastructure, Supabase for database services, Resend for transactional email and Jitbit for support. Their roles, regions and transfer arrangements are governed through Firma.dev's own processing chain.
Payment provider
| Stripe | Hosted Checkout, payment processing and transaction reconciliation for PocketESign credit packs. | Stripe processes payment credentials in its hosted environment; PocketESign receives transaction metadata needed to credit the customer's account. |
