Cookie Policy
Last updated September 5, 2026 · Legal version 2026-09-05
This Cookie Policy explains how PocketESign uses cookies and similar browser storage technologies.
1. Strictly necessary technologies
WordPress and PocketESign may use cookies or equivalent storage that is required for login sessions, account security, fraud prevention, preferences and core application functionality. These technologies are necessary to provide the service requested by the user.
2. Analytics
PocketESign may use analytics tools, including Google services configured through Site Kit, to understand website performance and usage. Analytics may use cookies or similar identifiers depending on the configuration. Where applicable law requires prior consent for optional analytics, those technologies should remain disabled until the user has made the required choice.
3. Signing-provider technologies
Recipients may be directed to or interact with signing infrastructure operated by Firma.dev. That environment may use its own necessary browser storage for security, localization or transaction functionality. Its processing is also described in our Privacy Policy and Subprocessors page.
4. PocketESign consent preference
When the PocketESign consent banner is active, it stores a first-party preference cookie named pocketesign_consent_v1. This cookie records whether you allowed Analytics and marketing/advertising categories so that we can respect the same choice on later visits. It is used for privacy preference management, not advertising profiling, and is configured to expire after approximately 180 days unless you change or remove it sooner.
5. Managing cookies
You can use browser controls to delete or block cookies. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent login or other PocketESign functions from working correctly. You can reopen the PocketESign consent control at any time through the Cookie settings link in the website footer and change optional-cookie preferences.
6. Analytics consent configuration
PocketESign uses an opt-in consent interface for optional analytics categories. Google Site Kit Consent Mode and the WordPress Consent API are used to communicate the visitor's choices to supported Google measurement services. Optional analytics remain denied until the visitor grants the relevant consent.
7. Contact
Questions about cookies and privacy may be sent to support@pocketesign.com.
